Mr. Liu is the founder of Life Science Compliance LLC, providing a sophisticated fusion of legal authority, scientific expertise, and technical data proficiency. With a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and an MS in Law: Life Sciences from Suffolk University, Mr. Liu is qualified by the New York Bar and is a licensed attorney in the People’s Republic of China. Before establishing the firm, Mr. Liu spent several years in two international Big Law Firms, gaining high-level experience in both transactional matters and complex litigation.

This dual-jurisdiction legal background, paired with native Mandarin fluency, allows for the seamless navigation of both FDA (U.S.) and NMPA (China) regulatory frameworks. Beyond traditional advisory, Mr. Liu leverages AI-driven data analytics to develop modern, algorithmic solutions for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) feasibility and clinical research governance. This unique combination of international legal standing and technical innovation ensures that life science firms can expand into the U.S. and Asian markets with total regulatory confidence and strategic precision.
